We currently have an opening for a forward-thinking, team-oriented Network Technician or Engineer (Network Specialist).

Job Summary
As a Network Specialist at Cosairus LLC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of our software products. You will also be responsible for laptop and system configuration, as well as cloud tenant management, ensuring that our employees have the necessary tools to excel in their roles. Candidates must be creative, highly motivated, responsible, and have a passion for solving complex, technical problems.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintain and Troubleshoot Network Infrastructure: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Basic Networking Concepts: Apply fundamental networking concepts to design, configure, and maintain network systems.
• Operating Systems: Work with Windows, Linux and MacOS operating systems to support our network infrastructure.
• Laptop and System Configuration: Configure and maintain laptops and computer systems for employees, ensuring they have the necessary hardware and software tools to perform their job effectively.
• Cloud Tenant Management: Manage and optimize cloud tenants and resources to support our software applications and services.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network-related issues, cloud management, and support software development efforts.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, cloud management tools, and trends to propose improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols.
• Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with laptop and system configuration.
• Familiarity with cloud tenant management, including platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus but not required.
